Anyone that has enjoyed this classic Italian aperitif will understand its appeal. Famously enjoyed throughout the Amalfi coast and canal-side in Venice, the Aperol Spritz has recently found a huge fan-base in the UK. The George uses only genuine Aperol and fine Italian prosecco to bring an authentic taste of Italy to our Essex countryside beer garden.

We, at The George at Kelvedon, are very proud of the creation of the ‘George Star Martini’ so it is of no surprise that it features in our favourite drinks to enjoy in the beer garden this summer. The twist on the classic cocktail is a combination of vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, lime and that all important shot of prosecco. The George Star Martini is a real taste of decadence.
