Our Aim
As a private hire wedding and event venue, Lovejoys at The George is one of the number one places to go for that special, important or memorable occasion. Our aim is to provide you with a warm and welcoming experience every time you visit our venue. Whether it's a special celebratory dinner with loved ones, a wedding, a mid-week corporate training day or a private hire for an anniversary, we provide great food with a friendly and professional service. A venue for all occasions, we offer two separate dining areas, a relaxed bar area and manicured outside gardens. Have an event? Then you can private hire these spaces (from 20 up to 120 guests) for your wake, wedding reception, party or business meeting.

With two private spaces and two large outdoor areas, which can hold a marquee of 100 and 150 guests, our venue is perfect for your private event. Whether a baby shower, funeral reception or corporate event our private and exclusive spaces can be tailored to your needs.
